The Indonesian government has confirmed that a new tourist tax of 150,000 IDR (approximately $10 USD) will be implemented for all international visitors arriving in Bali starting April 1, 2026.

Officials have confirmed that funds collected will be allocated to environmental conservation, cultural preservation, and infrastructure improvements across the island.
How to Pay
Visitors will be able to pay the tax online before arrival or at designated counters at Ngurah Rai International Airport. Digital payment options including credit cards and major e-wallets will be accepted.
